The club would like to offer its belated congratulations to Sam Barkley and Robert and Stephen Kirkwood who travelled to Newport on the weekend of the 17th to 19th February to compete for Ireland in the Junior Indoor International Series. We would also like to offer our congratulations to Stephen Kirkwood, Neil Mulholland, who have been selected as players and Sam Barkley and Brian Trimble who have been selected as reserves for the Irish Senior Indoor International team who will compete at Belfast Indoor Bowls Club from the 16th to 18th of March 2017. World Bowls Bronze Medallist
On behalf of the President, Committee and Members of Old Bleach can we offer our congratulations to our very own Neil Mulholland, who along with team mates Simon Martin, Martin McHugh and Ian McClure, has just returned from the World Bowls at Christchurch, New Zealand with a bronze medal in the Fours.
Michael Nutt – Centenary President NIPGBL 2017
On behalf of the President, Committee and members of Old Bleach can congratulate Michael on his recent election to the position of President of the Northern Ireland Private Greens Bowling League for the Centenary Season in 2017. Can we wish Michael every success for 2017 and can assure him of every support that the club can offer for the season ahead. World Bowls – Christchurch 2016
On behalf of everyone at the club can we wish the five Irish players selected to travel out to New Zealand for this year’s World Bowls Championships.
